Disliked 1. Collecting key was confusing and troublesome. The location of laundry is not straigtforward and not accurate in the google map. Already pissed off. Luckily the mall’s security guard was very helpful and explained better on the location of laundry, how to get key, how to find parking etc. To admin, Please rephrase your instructions to make it better to understand. 2. When reach at the laundry, i couldn’t find the person in charge to give key. He did not answer whatsapp and phone calls, turned out he was there from beginning but busy playing games! Not attentive to customers at all. Already pissed no 2. 3. Pissed no 3, we cudnt use the smart card on elevator so unable to go to the unit level. I had to walk up to the laundry again to ask the guy in charge on why the card didnt work on elevator. He leisurely told.. ‘oo you used bomba lift, you should use commercial lift’.. how on earth wud i know there’s another lift to use to go up to the unit. You should include this information in the instructions or the guy incharge can prevent the hassles from happening if he was more attentive in telling which lift to use when i take the key before that! 4.
