Quill Residence Premium Cozy Suite By Ares Homestay

Liked The location is strategic, right in the heart of the city, close to kampung baru and kl city center. No doubt I booked it because of the location near the mall. The house is big and cozy. Only the rooms is soundproof. You wont be bothered by the sound from outside if you sleep in the room. The best thing is they got a pool table for you to play together.

Disliked There is no drinking water or 3-in-1 tea or coffee. No toothbrush. They did prepare body wash and shampoo though. Don't like the smell. The bathroom has a weird smell and sink clog with bad smell. And late at night, if you sleep in the living room, you will hear the loud sound of a motorist or mat rempit ramming at the road below the residence. At about 3 to 4 am.

Very good experience. Will come again

Liked Very convenient. Everything is near to the property.

Disliked Lift waiting little bit longer. No aircond inside the lift.

Unhygienic, uncomfortable and terrible host

Liked The location and building facilities are good

Disliked The apartment is dirty with hair on the bedsheets and mold all over the bathroom. The host is unresponsive and unhelpful and should be banned from this platform so no other person can be scammed like I was

Liked Room, facilities all good.

Disliked Got issue to obtain keys. Too long cleaner to clean the room.

Spacious and good location

Liked Very near to a mall and public transport. Spacious house. Comfortable stay

Disliked Cleanliness can be improve. Facilities like drinking water, coffee tea should be a good upgrade. Also better to include the cleaning fee in the room rate so that the final price not so misleading

Liked Near to mall.

Disliked It was not clean. The floor was not vacuum/ mopped. The bed sheet has stains. The toilet wall was dirty.
