Disliked I have yet to receive my refund for a booking I made on February 15th, for which I paid RM190. Although Booking.com confirmed my accommodation, I was later informed by the property that no rooms were available. They assured me that the refund had been issued to Booking.com, but to date, I have not received it. On February 23rd, I contacted Booking.com customer service and lodged a report since I received no response from the property. Kiel from Booking.com support has been extremely helpful—he managed to cancel the booking and assured me that I would receive my refund, which I truly appreciate. However, I am very disappointed with the property owner’s lack of communication and accountability. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via WhatsApp and the app, I have received no response. This level of service is unacceptable.

Liked Location and the rooms were spacious and clean. Walking distance to the mall with many eateries,restaurants few mins to mono rail and city centre.
