Fine for a cheapish stay but quite odd.

Liked Good location, right next to carpenter street. As the main hostel of the kind in Kuching, you may meet some nice backpackers here, and the people who live here year round.

Disliked No communal areas, uncomfortable seating, dark windowless rooms with loud AC, unclean toilet and strange shower layout next to the kitchen.

Disliked The aircond is not good for room 2

Disliked I was seriously robbed in that hostel (there are no lockers). Very (very) noisy at night as it faces a bifg road.

Liked The staff was great and kind. Perfect location.

Disliked The showers and the kitchen are very cheap.
