Liked Washroom light not working, toilet seats get damaged and No any iron or dryer in property

Extremely disappointing stay - Not worth the money

Disliked The rooms were not clean and there were small cockroaches everywhere. The rooms were shockingly basic. Only one bed and no other furniture. There was no dressing table, no mirror, no wardrobe and even the kitchen utensils provided were rusty. On top of that, we were told not to switch on the AC for the first 24 hours to avoid extra charges and the fans barely move. We were also told that if our electricity usage exceeded 200 RM, we would have to pay additional charges. These kinds of additional charges are unreasonable for guests who have already paid for the whole apartment expecting basic comfort. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Liked Space and air conditioners are fine.

Disliked Cookware not clean. Bedsheets are smelly not wash properly and the kitchen are sticky. I won't recommend to others. No iron box n microwave. Dirty fridge..
