Disliked Room door was warped and couldn't open properly; for a 5 star hotel, should have maintained the rooms properly. Check in was not smooth as front desk charged me incorrectly. If I didn't trigger, i would have paid more than the price as stated on Booking.com. I was told the hotel system overrode the charges that was from Booking.com; I'm not sure if I understood what happened. Perhaps hotel or Booking.com could explain?
