Not the best air and b I have stayed in

Liked We had three bedrooms en suite with air con.

Disliked Broken chairs outside, lights not working. Couldn’t contact landlord re locked bedroom door. Only one set of keys so couldn’t go out separately to walk and exercise. Toilet leaking in master suite. No cupboards or hanging in two of the bedrooms. Corridors at night dark

Liked View was lovely. Able to see the lake but not the parliament house though. Host was responsive and polite. Checking in & out was a breeze, even security clearance was smooth. Easy access to cp and lift lobby. There was a water dispenser in the unit. Wifi connection was strong.

Disliked The cleanliness can be improved. Many surfaces were dusty, even the beds. Had to dust it off. No dental kits provided but there were body soap and shampoo in all 3 toilets.

Gross - We could not stay here!

Disliked It was very difficult to coordinate parking and entry with security, and finding the keys was confusing. The “reception” area is not an actual reception — it’s simply security staff at a desk. The instructions for locating the apartment were unclear, and after a long day of travelling, arriving at 12:30am to what we found was incredibly disappointing. The apartment was left in an unacceptable and unhygienic condition. Although the beds were made, it was obvious they had been slept in and the sheets had not been changed. There was hair, stains, and what looked like urine on one of the beds. There was leftover food in the fridge and visible dirt on the rug. It was honestly gross and completely unsuitable for guests. I had to scramble to organise alternative accommodation for my family because the apartment was not habitable. Hard to believe this was considered acceptable for new guests to check into.

Located at a quite and serene part of Putrajaya with Marina lakeside view. A responsive host.

Disliked Inhave not received my deposit. It ahs been almost a week. I texted the owner but no response.
