Disliked No lift or mini fridge

Liked Room size, bed, cleanliness, location

Disliked No lift, need to use stairs to carry heavy bags and luggage, not convenient to old people to use stairs.

An acceptable stay, but there is still room for improvement.

Liked The room was generally comfortable and the hotel was reasonably clean. The location was also convenient for our stay.
