Disliked Beware share house not apartment, owner adds 120% in fees to advertised price, beware on next screen , he won’t refund if you don’t notice before you pay. Another person in the building had to check me in on arrival. No one to receive deposit, got called 4 times in a row past 11:30 at night harassing me for deposit. Stayed 2 weeks couldn’t sleep on right side of bed , slats constantly collapsing , could see they had attempted dodgy repair. 70mm low density foam mattress on slatted bed , Extremely uncomfortable. Box aircon in window. Aircon sounds like a diesel truck, makes sleeping difficult with the vibrations. Received messages from owner instructing me, recommended aircon temperature is 26 , to try use fan and if I over use aircon I will be charged out of deposit. Got calls at night to check strangers in to other rooms. Have to empty the bins yourself. For the price I paid I could have got a nice ensuite , serviced hotel or room in the city centre . Charging more than a private studio or hotel for a share house, would not recommend.
