I enjoyed my stay at Pullman Miri Waterfront and particularly liked the hotel's atmosphere.

Disliked The room cleanliness could be improved. I hope the hotel can pay attention to housekeeping to ensure that the rooms are clean and comfortable for guests. Overall, I enjoyed the hotel's atmosphere and evironment.

They should improve on the cleaning of rooms and upgrade their bath tubs

Disliked The dirty and not working fridge on the room. The dirty glass cubic for the shower. The smell was coming from the broken down fridge and the room wasn’t arranged properly
