Disliked Room licking 507 …The room had a strong cigarette smell, which was unpleasant and not suitable for families, especially those with children. The hotel staff also did not explain the situation clearly or provide a proper explanation when we raised the issue. I hope the hotel can improve the room cleanliness and provide better communication and service to guests….
Disliked Old building it's fine but the maintenance very bad, broken closet and door..the room also have smell of old woody.

Disliked request refurbish room instead got old room with unpleasant smell and stained toilet bowl. paid for 2 adults + 2 kids including the breakfast but being asked by staff at the cafe to pay for those kids and denied to eat at the cafe as we refused to pay , kind of being humiliated experience. really not worth for rm1k+ paid price.
