Liked Ok good

The room is acceptable only if you don’t mind sleeping in a hot environment.

Liked The location was very convenient for our trip since we were driving throughout. It only took about 10 minutes to reach Jonker Street and McQuek’s Satay Celup, and around 15 minutes to get to Encore Melaka and Klebang Coconut Shake, which made getting around very easy. The availability of free on-site parking was also a big plus for convenience.

Disliked The air conditioning was a major issue. The weather was already very hot, and the air conditioner seemed very old and not functioning properly. Even when set to 16°C, the room remained uncomfortably warm—so much so that the corridor outside felt cooler than the room itself. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The shower was also problematic, as the water pressure kept fluctuating between strong and weak on its own, making it quite frustrating to use. In the end, we were so disappointed with the room’s facilities and comfort that we decided not to stay the night and drove back to KL at midnight just to get a proper rest.

Liked Last minute booking via booking.com at the hotel. The staff at reception was very helpful mr Kumar. Efficient and helpful. Explain and brief us accordingly. Im very happy with the staff at the reception. Friendly and helpful.

Disliked Breakfast service during festive season not really good. Not really organize. Coffee and the not really hot. Selection breakfast not many choices and my children only can having cereal and bread. Hope hotel can improve on this .

Need to improve washroom maintenance as listed in above.

Liked The room was acceptable. They upgrading us to deluxe room with balcony and get free upgrade for my kid's breakfast.

Disliked The room was acceptable. Just that they do not provide basic toilet supplies such as toothbrush, shower cap, cotton bud etc. And the water pressure at shower is not stable, we need to take caution when shower, or else our skin will get burnt by hot water when water pressure becoming low.
