Disliked Second time book dgn owner yg sama. Dua kli tombol rosak. Second time was very bad. About 2 hour waiting for the crew to come but they did'nt come. So i had to kick the tombol pintu until it break. My daughter inside the room. Not recommended

Disliked Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit was quite disappointing. The unit did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned before our stay. There was visible dust in the living room, water stains on the toilet wall, toothpaste stains on the bathroom mirror, and the water around the toilet bowl was noticeably yellowish. These were quite unpleasant to see and made us feel that the cleaning was not done properly. For an Airbnb stay, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and hygiene. Hopefully, the host can pay more attention to the cleaning and maintenance, especially in the living room and bathroom, for future guests.

Unit 15-9 I enjoyed my stay overall however the host should improve the cleanliness of the property

Liked The location was very strategic, with easy access to a variety of food and drink options right in the lobby area. Collecting the access card was straightforward, and the check-out process was also very convenient and hassle-free.

Disliked The cleanliness needs to be improved. Upon checking in, I found that the toilet floor was wet, and the drainage appeared to be clogged, causing water to accumulate. In addition, there were items left behind by previous guests in the refrigerator, which I had to clear out myself. This was quite disappointing and did not meet the expected standard of cleanliness.
