Pondok Muara Chalet

fine for location but bad clean!

Liked Location and service was Perfect, But cleanness was bad also some snake in the room :( not respect guest while check in as well as the bath old not clean

Liked They give us the room that TV is no channel. They should check and prepare earlier before guest check in. Lack of staff, very difficult to ask for the room service.

Liked Upgrade ur security and the view outside the chalet.
