Liked Had a pleasant stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the water supply, which stopped from around 12 midnight until 8 AM. Hopefully this can be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again!

Disliked Overall, our stay was okay, but unfortunately there was a water supply issue during our stay. The water stopped running from around 12 midnight until 8:00 AM, which was a little inconvenient, especially in the morning. Hopefully, the hotel can look into this issue to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.

Best location in KK. Behind Gaya street.

Liked We had a pleasant stay here. The location is strategic, with a convenience store downstairs and Gaya Street Market nearby on weekends. The room was very clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast.

Disliked The only downside was the shower water heater, which needed time to heat up again after continuous use. Check-in at Sixty3 Hotel was also a bit inconvenient as it is quite a walk from Polaris Suite.
