Platino,2 min walk Paradigm mall,2BR 6PAX by Hint

Exceptional

Overall, it's a good short stay as we checked in past 8pm, checked out at 12pm. Will extend next tim

Liked The host was very detailed and responsive. Soap, shampoo, towel, toilet paper is provided. Just bring your toothpaste/toothbrush. Love that it is literally 2 mins walk to Paradigm Mall. A lot of food and shopping options. Filtered water, microwave, mini fridge and washing machine available. Toys to keep my young children entertained too. Comes with 2 queen sized bed (1 firm and 1 soft) & extra 2 mattress and pillows provided, our family of 7 slept in peace. Good short stay!

Disliked The block that I got is further to walk in as grab dropped us at the first block near the entrance. With the luggage and 5 kids, quite tiring to walk at first. Would be good to provide a drawn map of direction to the block assigned. The bidet spray switch is extremely low which can get quite difficult to reach. The balcony sliding door seems to be stuck and we managed to open slightly only so that we could hang our laundry, as afraid if we open the balcony door, it might drop on our kids. Good if host can get this fixed. Aircon for master bedroom seems not to be working well and there is leakage. Depended on the ceiling fan to not be warm at night while asleep.
