Liked Very comfortable, good view, and place was very close to the heart of KL. The place itself feels very premium. They even provided extra mattresses.

Superb

Terrible

Liked Location is good, always been a fan of this location (not this property). Easy parking access.

Disliked No check in instruction in the last hour of checking in, had to call in to ask for it. Extremely terrible hygiene issue with their toilet. Lots of some sort like worms in toilet nearby bath and toilet bowl area. When you bath, more will come out with flowing water. Sent video to staff and asked for assistance to clean the toilet but been informed no staff was available to service. Staff only extended my check out time from 11am to 12pm. Which i rejected, i did check out before 11am. Don’t think extending check out time is going to help with hygiene matters. No option to upload video in review, only managed to screenshot to show some of the worms. This is a 9th floor unit, it was quite noisy with the railway train in the night. There was still train passing by around 1am.
