A great stay

Liked A great stay. Excellent location, close to the ferry terminal, bus station, and Komtar. Easy to reach anywhere by bus or walking. Free 3-in-1 coffee in the hostel lobby, and the rooms are very well air-conditioned. The hostel staff was friendly; I saw him cleaning facility all day. You can contact the host via WhatsApp. The host respond quickly, and even informed me about unauthorized intrusion. Highly recommended, excellent value for money.

Disliked The other guests in the room always set the air conditioning to an extremely low temperature, making the whole room feel like a freezer. They sleep all day and browse the internet on their phones. Didn't they ever go out? The bathroom drain is frequently clogged. I have to manually clear it. This problem is caused by the guests.

Liked I really like that all the beds were ground level no bunk beds & it’s nice place for a stop over Ipoh for 1 or 2 nights.

Disliked Too many passwords. Main door, bedroom door, locker. No person in reception. Only through chat.

Liked The location and comfort of the staff, very friendly and open. The location was very nicely central, and the hostel was very eye catching. They provided all necessities and should be a perfect place to stay!

Disliked The actual guests were already there. They left places messy, they where younger and no care addatude perhaps. Some fellow came home after midnight, and started to have a phone call till about 3 am. Untill on of the 8 people in the room dared to show him the door if he so badly wanted to call. Personally, I avoided conflict. And slept through most of it, and time by time woke up from this fellow. So yes, it's a hostel. Perfect great, people can be.. people.
