Liked The location is okay and we have our breakfast and dinner at the neighbourhood.

Disliked The house is not clean, there are some of wood parquet was disloged on the staircase. the toilets were smelly and there is no water filter . The pillows are too flat and the bedsheets are old.

Liked The house is very cosy and fully accommodating..clean and quiet surroundings..very near retail outlets...also near the beaches..

NOT a beach cottage

Liked The owner was very responsive to queries and offered reimbursement for us to buy the missing cutlery that we needed.

Disliked The property was needing an upgrade - holes in the ceiling, parquet tiles were peeling off piece by piece (which presented a tripping hazard), no hooks/rails to hang towels in bathroom. The kitchen was poorly stocked and only had forks but no spoons/teaspoons. No other cutlery. Beach was a good 20 min walk.

Affordable but with some tradeoffs

Liked Location, spacious house, affordable, friendly and very responsive host, free wifi and a lot of books to read!

Disliked The house is quite old, with many items inside not operating properly. 1) All airconds are not that cold maybe need servicing. 2) One of the toilet shower head has water spraying in all directions. 3) one of the toilet bowl could not flush 4) wanted to boil water but the kettle provided is a little rusty. As for the house cleanliness is also just okay (our feet are dark after stepping into the house and when we were hanging out in the living room we received a surprise visit by a cockroach).
