Liked The interior is New, clean and plenty of toys for the kids. Location is not far from kota syahbandar so quite convenient for us. The car porch can parked with 3 cars. The kids can have some fun at the small tub.
Disliked The garden is not well maintained with long yellowish grass. Renovation is on going for the opposite unit. Parking outside the house is limited and right outside the house is not possible due to it will be hit by the auto gate.
