Great location and Free Parking

Liked Is a landed house so parking is free and can park up to 3 to 5 cars inside and outside the house. Location is very central and convenient to KL and all PJ areas. Walking distance to many eateries in Seksyen 17 areas and Happy Mansion

Liked Property ok but the price didnt match the facilities provided. Good lighting but i believe the price they charged based on aesthetic-sm of the place not the facilities provided.

Disliked 1. The information did not state that all bathroom outside the rooms and it feels like renting dormitories 2. 2 rooms got no window. Just curtains 3. TV got NO netflix account (considering the price they can at least got it i paid almost 1k) 4. There is no basic needs at the kitchen like sugar/salt etc. For the price im expecting at least there is much more basic provided 5. Landed but need to climb down and up some stairs to go to toilet and kitchen even you are in lower floor. Definitely not wheelchair friendly.

Disliked Sofa & carpet need deep cleaning. Toilet rolls only 2 but we have 17 guest. overall is ok..
