Liked Friendly ground staff, the ones at the lobby, concierge, and welcome staff were all good.
Disliked All was good; it's just that we requested an extra bed, and for 2 days we asked for a cover because it was cold at night. It wasn't provided until the last night, and we raised it during check-out with the counter staff. She went in twice to see the manager, as I mentioned, possibly to avoid being charged for the extra bed, since it wasn't complete. The counter staff went in to meet her manager and responded NO and informed us that the manager said no and that it was a complete bed with cover. The manager has no customer orientation and did not even come out.

Great Stay at Perdana KB
Liked The renovated rooms make a fantastic first impression. The design feels noticeably elevated, clean and modern bringing a fresh and comfortable standard to the stay. The mattress and pillows were top notch, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was also fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at Perdana Hotel.
Disliked The only minor downside was the bathroom setup which lacked a hand-held shower handle having only an overhead shower made things a bit less convenient.
