The house was spacious, but cleanliness needs to be improved

Disliked The sofa was torn and not comfortable. The pillows are bad and too flat. The towels are dirty and stained. The bed sheets was dusty and looks like its not changed coz it made my body itchy. toilet glass partition are dirty. All the remote for the ac & fan are not marked and place at the right room.

Liked Hall is spacious, got refrigerator, hall air-conditioning is good 👍

Disliked 1. Spoiled air-conditioning in 2 rooms. Already requested to check the air-conditioning while booking. After check in, 2 rooms air-conditioning is not working and guests cannot sleep at night very sweating. Asked to check the air-conditioning, but didn't get a proper response from the host. They only replied while we wanted to check out. Very irresponsible 2. Rooms are not cleaned and have stained bedsheets and pillow covers. Found previous guests fake nail and hairs all over the room. 3. Found big cockroach 🪳 in the washroom. And a flying cockroach in the kitchen. 4. The sofa is all torn and looks uncomfortable to sit on. Very unpleasant stay and would never book this homestay again.

Disliked No hot water, no internet, no clothes airer even though there was a washing machine, air con on timer & kept switching off, nice view but couldn't open curtains, no notes to know how to turn everything on & off, ripped sofas, no access to gym

The owner/agent is nice and helpful but not a pleasant stay to be honest.

Liked Nice view and spacious, staff is nice.

Disliked The place was not cleaned properly- socks from last occupants were left at the place, notice a whole toilet-paper roll was somehow stuck on the bathroom wall 🫣 Place and amenities need improvement- cushion cover is mostly peeled off, some lights are flickering not replaced, TV remote control is no place to be found, the bath towels with no pleasant smell… Basic kitchen appliances are very limited- no microwave, no oven.

Liked Overall the house was clean.

Disliked Need to provide a toilet hand bidet for every bathroom.
