Liked "The room was beautiful and spotless. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness. It smelled fresh and was very comfortable.
Disliked Check-out time is clearly stated as 11:00am, but the cleaner entered at 10:20am while we were still in the room. Please respect the official check-out time and guest privacy. Cleaning should only start after guests have left."
