Liked A basic apartment, it has a balcony with a lovely green view, offering a private and comfortable space. The parking area is spacious, and the bathroom has a hot and cold water system.
Disliked However, the air conditioning in the bedroom is very weak and does not cool the room sufficiently. The room faces west, so it gets hot around noon and in the afternoon due to direct sunlight.
The bathroom sink is leaking, and the water from the tap near the kitchen counter is yellowish, making it unsuitable for use.
