Liked The view, the kitchen, the hot water everywhere, the value, the size.

Disliked The washer doesn't dry and the bed is a two separate single joined together you feel the wood in your back if u move a bit. Netflix is there but no subscription. Fan was noisy in the room, ceiling lights above the sofa are directed to the eyes, the sofa is saggy a bit, mattresses also saggy a bit.

Disliked The master room aircond was not cold

Convenient location, good service, and a good experience. Will come again

Liked It was so spacious and exceeded our expectations. Place was tidy, cozy, and lovely. All the facilities were also very nice

Disliked They don’t provide a water dispenser so we had to buy bottled water during our stay.

Relatively clean but poorly maintained apartment. Close to ammenities.

Liked - Cleanliness was good - Appliances were new (and great) - microwave, fridge, washing-machine/dryer) - overall the place is clean but . - the staff were very friendly (thanks MS) and helpful. - in my 10 day stay, the apartment was cleaned 3 times (prepare to buy your own toilet paper) - handy is the row of shops under the hotel including grocery shop (The Food Merchant), a couple of restaurants, and Luckin Coffee) - 5-7 minute drive (10-20RM Grab) to twin towers. - 5 minute wall to Intermark Mall

Disliked The apartment is obviously in need of a refresh. - old/heavily used and in need of maintenance and somewhat disappointing as it looked nothing like the pics - The toilet seats were broken and loosely attached, - The couches had stains and were covered with a simple sheet to hide it - The tap was broken and unattached in the master bedroom - Light fittings were removed and live electrical wire can be seen on ceiling - Coffee tables were "fixed" buy using duct tape under the glass (and old and ripped at that) - !!! Water pressure is abysmal and barely usable. Sometimes the water would drop like 5 drops per second. The pressure is so low that the hand held sprayer doesn't have enough pressure to stay on when you press the divert button Although the location is about 5 minute drive from the twin Towers, traffic during peak times is horrendous around this area. If you are caught in peak times, expect a complete standstill=. Make sure you plan around this.
