Liked the location the amenities that comes with the rooms are okay but the tv isnt working even after asking about it theyre not replying

OK overall

Liked Good location.Goodec restaurents nearby.Good securuity

Disliked I had booked one apartment 33 A which finally found unsuitable as we finally turned up four instead of three so we booked up apartment 31 A ion the spot.The A/C and Wifi did not work for the firs two days and we had to chase for having it fixed.Rhere was no ice trays in the freezer compartments.

Ok lah for short visit.

Liked Location is centrally located within KLCC area.

Disliked Wifi is good and fast but TV not working. Please refurb the place.

Liked Everything meet my expectation.

Liked Quite and easy to go around KL. 10 minutes walk to Bukit Nanas Monorel Station 10 minutes walk to Suria KLCC A lot of hawker stall and restaurant Safe to walk at night

Disliked Sauna locked (main reason i stay this property but too bad it is out of service) - a let down Security Guard kinda rude

Liked Locatio, very close to Petronas Towers and walking distance to bars and restaurants

Disliked Looks of things need maintenence i.e. one a/c unit not working, smaller bedroom area ceiling fan only runs on max speed, shower door very difficult to open, kitchen tap almost falling off.
