Good Place but don't expect kindness.

Liked The room was spacious, clean and the location was good.

Disliked The check-in time was 3 pm onwards, which is quiet strange. In most places it starts after 12 pm. The staff were unresponsive for requests for early check-in. And when they responded after 3 hours, charged extra even for a couple of hours early check-in. Also, during checkout, requested for an extra day and the rate demanded for 1 day was high. It was as if they wanted to take advantage of my situation. Felt they were a tad unethical. Also, was there for 5 days but not once did anyone come for clean up.

The stay was good, better if I didn't have the A/C blowing over me all night.

Liked I liked the general area of the building, but unfortunately there was no access to the main street form the building. I had to walk around the back streets to get to the main street.

Disliked There were two Air conditioners in the room, but only one remote for the one over the bed. The second in the lounge/dinning area was a different brand and I could not get that one to work, meaning the one over the bed was blowing cold air over the bed all night. I ended up with a very nasty cold. When I whatsapped the host there was no response to this request for a remote to operate the second A/C.

Very comfortable, highly recommend

Liked I liked my stay very much. The studio is big, clean, comfortable bad and the host is easy to communicate with.

Disliked The room is not soundprood, there was a party outside one night and I could hear them, but not that bad.
