Liked Location very near JB Central. There's convenient store at 1st floor

Disliked Everything was fine until the next morning, i think there is no power supply at the apartment. I only can switch on the fan and light. All the plug point cannot be use. I can't charge my phone, use the iron and kettle. Including the aircon. I already text the owner and send the video, but they only ask me back at almost 11 am which is the check out time. Its a bit suspicious and i think this was set.

Liked The ambience of apartment is nice. Place is clean.

Disliked Except toilet seems to be outdated and have drainage smell a bit. Requested for late check out in email upon booking. was agreed and when on actual day I was told to check out early. Electrical power was cut off at 11am. I was not able to boil water and iron my clothes. Texted the number no respond. only responded after I checked out.

The place to sleep needs clean sheets, including the bathroom, to be worth the price paid!

Liked The house looks modern, but it is very dirty. The floors in all rooms were sticky, including the bathrooms. One bedroom air conditioner was not working, so we had to sleep in the living room with our baby for two nights. We asked for a discount, but it was not given. The refrigerator was also dirty, and we did not feel comfortable using it to store drinks.The toiletries were incomplete and not enough for 2 nights. If you care about cleanliness like a hotel standard, this homestay is not worth the price paid. It is better to stay in a hotel where cleanliness and sleeping comfort are more reliable when traveling.

Disliked Not worth the price of RM611 for 2 nights plus a RM300 deposit. If you plan to stay here, be prepared to pay a deposit. I only got my deposit back after 2 days because the management was on weekend leave. It is better to stay in a hotel than a homestay. Honestly, I regret spending my travel money on this place.
