Liked The location, ease of checking in and out and communication with staff if problem arises.

Disliked Everything from the moment you enter the apartment. There is serious health and safety issue. Mould on the bathroom ceiling and all around the all the silicone. There are infestation of insects and gecko. The bed sheet is cleaned but I cannot comprehend the condition of the mattresses. The sofa bed had large area of unknown fluid stain which we dare to sit on. Large section of the soaking board is buckled.

Liked Good room with good price.

Disliked Safety for kids. Main entrance door easily can be open from inside even after lock, kids can run out the room. Cannot lock the sliding door to the balcony.

Liked Location was great

Disliked The only electric plug on the kitchen bench wasn't working. Had to boil the Kettle on the floor using the wall plug. It's a safety issue for people with small child. It also would have been better if more specific details were provided on the reservation confirms as to address room number and how to pick up the key and get access to the building.
