Paradigm Residence Johor Bahru On Top Paradigm Mall

Was a great stay.. reasonable price…good n fast respon frm the host…

Liked Comfort .. just above the mall.. great stay..

Disliked Need to have 2 acess card..

ok.

Liked Location was superb. Host was friendly and responsive. We had a missing pillow and he offered to bring it over late at night which I told him that I can do without it.

Disliked There is no way to leave the building during check out timing from 10.30 - 12. Our whole family had to walk down the stairs. It was really bad for us with young kids and luggages.

Liked The host very helpful the cleaning staff was very peoffesional.

Disliked Nothing

Liked The location was fantastic. Check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Disliked The bath towels provided were really thin and there weren't enough provided for use after a swim at the pool. There was no dryer to dry the towels.

Liked very peaceful and comfortable for big family stay..great n very enjoy in the mall only we can go just use lift
