Paradigm Residence by RR JBcity

Disliked Not sure when is the last time the place was cleaned or maintained...floor was dusty and we had to wear shoes in the apartment. One of the fan didn't work too.

Liked I like the convenience and it’s affordable

Disliked Stains on towel

Disappointing experience as a regular guest at Paradigm residence

Liked Location is tops as its located just above Paradigm mall. The room has a small kitchenette for light cooking, AC and water heater works well. Residence facilities include swimming, pool and play area for toddlers/preschoolers

Disliked This my forth time staying at Paradigm Residences, probably my last with RR JBcity. Encountered 2 adult cockroaches within 3 days of my stay there. Suspected it crawled from behind the sofa and we saw it running across the living room. Removed them but unsure if there's still any. Reported to host but unsure if the situation has turned around. Initial communication with host was terrible. Check in instructions are not given via booking.com. Nobody whatsapped me, I had to initate the whatsapp through a chain of messages before reaching the host. Had to pay a deposit of RM200 which was not mentioned in the listing. Only then will they send you the check-in info. Refund of the deposit took 6 days after reminding them almost every day.

Not happy. What would you do?

Liked The Paradigm Residence apartment was recommended by a friend.

Disliked There are many owners for the units in this apartment. My rented unit was not the one my friend stayed. About the property, the unit I stayed were not cleaned when I came in. Only after nearly an hour the cleaners came. Two of the aircon were not working properly, one of it was totally faulty. I called for services, a technician came but couldn't do anything. The staff asked for patience. What could I do? At least give me another room with proper air condition rooms.
