Liked Location is right next to shopping mall walkable and petrol pump right next to it. If you are driving going in and out off condo is quite comfortable and easy.
Disliked Property owner will ransom you for deposit and will not generate access without it. And will find numerous excuse to deduct deposit. Booking.com needs to investigate this part. If owner like this they want to keep deposits then they must be physically there during check in and check out for fairness of both party.
