Great location but grubby and cheap unlike photos.

Liked Great location but….

Disliked Did not match the photos at all and was very grubby and tired and furnished with budget gear. Much below the expected and advertised standard. No towels on arrival had to hunt in cupboards to find cleaners stock. Whole building was very tired.

Liked Very nice view, good apartment for 3 people

Disliked It is so super load, you can hear everything from the hallway. People come back late at night and it feels like they’re in your room. Also, you always have to stay in line for the lift and wait for up to 10min since it’s so many people and the lifts are super slow. If this is two things you can arrange yourself with it’s a good place to stay still.

Excellent stay with Ocean view.

Liked Location was superb by the Ocean view, in city center. Easy to reach from airport. Clean and nice big room and the Host was excellent and very responsive to any problems. Would definitely stay again if I visit.

Disliked Nothing, everything was good and up to expectations. Perhaps a better direct drop off point instead of having to walk through another Hotel lobby which may be locked if arrive late at night.

Disliked Checking in was not smooth as I was unable to use the lift to access the accom without the card. Fortunately, The Shore staff helped me with this.

Liked I like everything, especially the wash and dryer machine.

Disliked The smell of the room and the fridge.

Liked Good and clean will repeat again. Near to anjung kinabalu and api api centre market gaya street also.
