Disliked The host ask for merchant fee, parking fee and RM200 deposit

Disliked They charge additional 70.RM , for late check out which was 11:45 am . They charge for reviving money in cash 30 Rm . They requested a deposit which is not in the term and condition of 225 RM .. I don't recommend.. .

Disliked The procedures of checking in and out was so bad.check in 3.00pm and should check out by 11am.the worst thing deposit refund after 2 days check out.The host should make it clear rules before booked.Dont scam people

Liked The view is good and the swimming pool is clean and nice,, have so many amenities and the room is sound proof.

Disliked The aircon of the room is not cold,, some of the lights is mot function well, and the sofa have many dirt stain also,, and the self service is abit confusing,, the parking is not that convince

Disliked Very disappointed with our stay. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the entire house extremely hot and uncomfortable. There were no fans provided, so there was no alternative to help with the heat. Elderly members of our group struggled to sleep, and all of us had a very uncomfortable night. The most disappointing part was the lack of response from the host. We reported the issue, but no immediate solution, replacement, or compensation was offered during our stay. The host only said they would check the air conditioning after we had already checked out, which did not help us at all. A comfortable stay is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, this property did not meet that standard. I hope future guests do not experience the same issue.
