Liked The staff were so friendly and helpful. The tropical gardens were lovely. The cafe breakfast s were fantastic, All was clean and well loved.

Good restaurant but hotel not recommended

Liked The good things about this hotel are: Atmosphere: in the middle of nature as you feel disconnected from the rest of the world. Food: may be the best food we had in Malaysia so far. Many people come from outside to eat there. Staff: very nice and attentive people especially at restaurant.

Disliked Room: very dusty and outdated and needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. Location: it is NOT 350m from beach as mentioned in booking. It is at least 20 min walk (1KM) or 6-7 min by Grab and cost 6 RM. The hotel is half way between airport and Cenang Main Street.

Liked Very friendly, good breakfast and very lush environment

Disliked The lighting is a bit too dark in the room plus too many pieces of big chunky furniture to eat the space.

A perfect place to stay.

Liked The location is perfect away from the busy beach but only a short walk to the beach. This place is full of atmosphere and the gardens make you feel like you’re in Bali. Breakfast is served at their cafe and we are slowly eating our way through their delicious menu. The coffee is awesome.

Liked So serene and beautiful a place. Every nook was well thought and beautifully decorated. Bed was so comfortable and huge. Shower, toilet spacious and pretty

Disliked The lack of amenities - no toothbrush and soap dispenser was almost empty

My partner and I absolutely adored staying here. We felt very well looked after by all the staff and thoroughly enjoyed

Liked The property is beautiful with all the lush trees and plants. The onsite cafe Smiling Buffalo. The most friendly and helpful staff. Great location secluded from the main streets of pentai cenang while easy to reach.
