Liked Location is the key to the rental purpose.
Disliked Fawcett was leaking in the master bedroom. There is a faulty switch in the living room, in fact, drop off first time for us to switch it on. The main key inserted in the main electric frequently tripped off unnecessarily. The TV was not functioning and no instruction to use. The clock has no battery might as well don't put it on the wall.
