Disliked Host was late sending QR code resulting in waiting in rain at security. Correspondence was poor and none responsive. Did not sort out the problem of none working washing machines instead they told us to buy a lead and they reimburse. Aware it was Chinese new year so except some grace. Bathroom electric looks unsafe, ( didn’t work) sink dirty and not sealed properly, kitchenette dirty, no free coffee and teas as advertised . No water bottles as advertised. Dirty cloths laying next to sink. Slippers provided were used slippers, bribery poster on door, bedding dirty so bought our own. No bath in bathroom, no seperate bedroom as described. Listing need sorting out.
