Disliked The stay itself is one thing, but the deposit refund process has been very disappointing. It has been 17 days since check-out, and I still have not received my security deposit. The agency stated that refunds were being processed in batches, but no definite refund date has been provided. I believe guests deserve a timely refund and clear communication. I hope the agency improves its refund process and provides better service to future guests.

Always stay at this place whenever sending my daughter.

Liked The location is near to my daughter's place. Easy to book.

Disliked For split level, appreciate if there's also a shower on the lower floor.

Disliked The property is not advertised in the real location, also be careful cause they will charge extra fees, almost doubling you reservation cost, and they will also steal your deposit, don't trust them, this property should be avoided at all costs

Disliked Big room but share with 1 only acond 1.0hp..very2 bad

Disliked Paid for fast internet, but got no connection, also no tv because antenna wasn't working, no help from the host. And then gave a list of rules after booking. And expect the guess to clean up. Ridiculous.
