Liked I did not take breakfast from this hotel as there's a lot of Cafe nearby. The hotel is strategically located to many tourist attractions in Kuala Lumpur. Some of the tourist attractions just a walking distance.
Disliked The reception staff should be more friendlier.
Disliked The windows were not soundproof, and the noise from outside made it difficult for me to sleep. The elevator was also dirty and not properly maintained. In addition, after taking a shower, water leaked from the bathroom into the room, reaching the table where I work. This was inconvenient and made the room uncomfortable for both resting and working.
Liked The location is convenient as we have some activities at Dataran Merdeka. Easy to get food.
