Hotel cancel booking without any inform
Liked Booked hotel 10 days earlier and sent few messages different days to them with all details reminder but no reply. Early morning climbed his reception slippery staircase 2.5 story high to check in, the Indian boss said no details of booking. Then 10 mins later he said he cancelled the booking and ask me to contact agoda. He refused to lend his land line phone so I had to use my phone and spoked to agoda for 2 hours in 10 calls. During this time, the boss told me to pay double. 30 mins later, he asked for 3 times price. 4 hours later agoda settled me to another hotel.
