Liked This hotel is very broken, floor is sticky, the toilet doesn't function very well when i was there, those poo overflow and such kind of ugly looking situation should NEVER happen or deliver such room to customer. Even the price is low, but many situation can be avoid too if room service is doing better job. I ask for extra towel also NEVER deliver to us. Also there is no in house phone, u need walk to the counter if have any issue. But overall, it still consider not a very bad place to stay if u need simple, and cheaper option, because the location is good.

Good location, nice service, but bed bugs...
Liked Location is good, just 500m from Suria Sabah mall and quick walk to Jesselton Point jetty, to get boats to islands. Service also very nice, allowed to check in early. But it is really a very budget hotel, and you can get better for the price. Also, I woke up with lots of bumps all over my body so I conclude there were bed bugs.
