Opus Residences by Airhost

Good

Liked Good for holiday... apartment clean and view 118 tower

Bad

Liked Nothing after being a lock out. Access card doesn't work

Disliked I was not given the comfort. Being locked out after a day oit at KL. Terrible experience. No kitchen towel. Bad experience. .

Good but below expectation.

Liked The check-in process is very easy due to you can just collect the key from the concierge. The unit is large and equipped with a modern design and a lot of handy furniture such as a drying rack, foldable mattress, and keyless entry.

Disliked The master bedroom door is broken, you cannot close the door easily. Need full force and you can see the floor is damaged. The AC is not cool enough even when we push the AC. I've stayed in another unit in Opus Residence which is far better than this,

Good

Disliked No normal supplies - Toilet Roll, shampoo Not friendly door The room cannot close fully Toilet cannot flush Service slow - Talking 2mins will come to room but come after 20mins
