Overall a pleasant stay. Property has beautiful seafront view with beach access.

Liked The property had beach access which was great and right outside the property there are convenience stores and food places.

Disliked There is a lot of pigeons nesting around the property which makes it quite dirty. Cleanliness in the unit itself could have been much better. The fridge and water dispenser were not functioning properly.

Liked Not my first time at Timur Bay, but it's my first time with this host.

Disliked Host is not responsive. On the check in day, host never tried to contact earlier to share the information. Other host will usually contact the client on the check in day and will give the mailbox code 1 hour before checked in. Toilet can be cleaned better. Overall house cleanliness is acceptable. Water filter machine not fully functioning. The crucial part is checked out on Sunday, until today, Thursday the deposit is still not refunded. Host already said want to refund, after qr code given, no action/ respond from host. Future client might want to think twice before dealing with this host. Unresponsible host.

A pleasant and relaxing family stay with a beautiful sea and pool view — would definitely come again!

Liked The unit was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing, overlooking both the sea and the pool. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. The location is great — near the beach and convenient for short family getaways.

Disliked no
