Poor.

Disliked Very disappointed with my stay at One18 Hotel. The biggest issue is that there is no lift, which was not clearly explained before booking. Having to carry luggage up the stairs was very inconvenient, especially when this is something guests should be informed about upfront. There was also no proper receptionist/front desk, which made the check-in process confusing and inconvenient. No worker is reachable too. I strongly feel that these important details should be clearly stated in the hotel information and booking listing. If I had known beforehand that there was no lift and no proper reception, I would have reconsidered my booking. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.

Convenient but not amazing.

Liked Location was convenient to be in the hustle and bustle of chinatown, but the room was not noisy. The staff I met were nice and helpful. They brought me extra towels when asked and helped me change rooms.

Disliked The rooms all have no windows, which is not clear when booking. I also got low water pressure being on the top floor.

Liked The hotel is in the best location, easy to access the public transport.

Disliked The water pressure. I was stay at the level 2.

Disliked No elevator , theres a cocroach in my room … and a little bit noisy coz there is a lion dance at market beside the hotel in the morning.

Liked Location is class every thing is here few landmarks also there shopping experience all shops china town metro station bus station just on walking distance
