Disliked Washing machine did not work for 30 day trip. Whilst partial refund has been offered it was inconvenient to wash by hand for this period. Location is average as main road was noisy. Not as close to TRX as indicated, especially in KL traffic could be 25-30 mins. Was overall disappointing, but do state cleanliness was A1

Disliked The admin only gave me the check-in details and passcode when being asked and exceeded 3 pm (time can check in). The floor was very sticky. I need to mop for myself. In the drawer of the TV cabinet, full of foods previous guests left. The fruit is getting spoiled. The TV remote didn't have any batteries. Even I told the admin about the matter, until the last day we stayed, still not going to solve it. The water pressure is very low. We cannot bathe cleanly.
