Liked i dont like anything! nightmare !

Disliked the staff so rude , don’t believe me when i say i booked for 2rooms & paid for 2rooms. raise his voice to me when i was with my kids .

Malaysia is cheap country, so I didn’t expect that bad conditions just because the room was cheap

Liked People were friendly nice, I came very late from airport almost in the morning. So the didn’t wake me up and I did late check out, location is good as well

Disliked It’s was very small, old, smelly. I saw big cockroach on the wall of the room - very disgusting next to my bed

Disliked It literally had croach in my bed. But I couldn't manage to take picture because it got away. When I went to the staff, they say it's not possible to replace another room for me.

Disliked Everything is good except the water heater, when I open the heater very noisy😂
