Liked The host and management company are absolutely fantastic. They were very responsive when we had an issue with the hairdryer breaking they gave us a new hairdryer within half an hour. We even left something at the property by accident and they went and found it and posted it for us. Aside from the Excellence of the staff at the accommodation the room itself was lovely. It was very clean and well decorated and well equipped general facilities at the hotel are really nice including the pool in the gym. It was close to USM which we needed. We had a really nice stay at Troika for 4 weeks and would recommend to anyone staying in Kelantan this is the best choice and company to book with.

Disliked Facilities were unaccepatable - towels were like rags, all dishes were mismatched, mainly from free gifts, no dinner plates, chairs were broken, sofa was stained and the throw blankets had hair,
