Liked The location and the lady of reception first day

Disliked Room dirty, with other pwoples hair and insects Towel and sheets old and with holes on it Showers were broken No air conditioner, only small fan No plates, only ONE spoon for all the guests I dont give a 0 because of the location and the lady of the first day

Great choice for a quick stay but the rooms should have been as clean as the common areas

Liked 1) in the city, walking distance to Anjung Senja food court, mamak & 24 hours shop on the ground floor with paid parking space and laundry 2) came here twice in a week, I LOVE THE STAFF: helpful and friendly

Disliked Berhabuk! Dusty and the second room I rented even came with cobwebs (bersawang). That’s very upsetting considering the entire walkway, common areas and toilets are super clean! My suggestions: 1) get a cleaner to clean empty rooms at least once a month 2) just standby a vacuum at the common areas so at least the receptionist can help clean up before we enter the room 3) keep bedsheets, towel & blankets in a plastic bag & pass to customer upon check-in. Photos are from my 2nd stay. Will I come back? YES! I am thankful for the friendly staff. They made things feel safe and at home.
