Liked Nice view from the room, everything new and clean. Small cafe in the hotel, sauna, pool and gym. Everything well maintained.
Disliked Staff could be more polite, but i guess it is normal in Malaysia.

Liked The location was near central like 10mins drive from KLCC . Therefore you can avoid the traffic. The room came with everything you need and the design and furniture are modern and nice . We wanted new towels and all I had to do was text the front desk and it was delivered shortly after.
Liked Location near with mall and restaurant nearby . I stay room with kl view and have very nice looking all the skyscrapper

Liked The building was clean and well maintained. The swimming pool has a beautiful view of the surrounding natural skyline, which makes the area very pleasant and relaxing. There is also a specialty coffee café located just behind the building, which was very convenient. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and we were also able to check in early, which we really appreciated.
Disliked The bathroom door did not close properly. Also, the toilet area was quite narrow and not very practical or comfortable to use.
